About Us

We are a retired couple and recently moved into our new home in Gore. We  wanted to keep the rural outlook we have been used to and so built our new home on the banks of the Mataura River. We have a great view, overlooking a pastoral land, the river, the  Hokonui Hills and mountains in the background.

We both enjoy meeting  people and enjoy operating our B&B homestay. We have operated a homestay/farmstay previously and have met people from all over the world. It's always satisfying to be able to "show off" our unique southern New Zealand region with it's many attractions and facilities.

Golf is a passion, well catered for by the many fine golf courses  in the south. We both enjoy gardening and of course, our family.
